"今回、8月12日身内に不幸ごとがあり、その3週間前から.危険な状態が続いていたので、7月末にキャンセルをしました。しかし、私のキャンセルのし忘れだったホテルがあったみたいで、ご迷惑をかけました。別のホテルは、こちらの状態を聞いていただき、本当にかかった経費だけの請求でしたが、こちらのホテルは、宿泊予定だった翌日のしかも朝の7時過ぎに電話一本で無愛想に連絡があり、こちらの状態も確認せず、全額払とてほしいとのことでした。年配の責任者でしたが、サービス業とは思えない対応と心配りに欠ける責任者でした。全額振込みましたが。もう二度と予約はしないです。"

"Room/services/meal were all fantastic. However, the location is quite far from the nearest bus stop. It is a challenge if you travel with big luggage. Shuttle service (certain hour) between hotel and bus stop would help improve the rating. Room rate is rather expensive."
