The onsen experience was superior as the hotel had different onsen pools for guests to enjoy, and the changing room was also very neat and clean. "Room was clean and comfortable. Small compared to North American hotels, but standard for the price point in Japan. Fun location if you want to be close to nightlife. It’s surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars, clubs etc. but the room was quiet with no outside noise. Close to train station, 5 minute walk to the subway that connects to the JR lines and Sendai station. "

"部屋ユニットバス・シャワーの湯の温度が一定に保てない上に、水流圧も一定に保てないので、ホテル付属の大浴場を利用するべきです。 宿泊した部屋が最上階だったのと、利用した時間帯が悪かったかも知れないけど。 宿泊した部屋がエレベーターの隣だったので、稼働する際のモーター音が響いて、気分が落ち着かなかった。 宿泊料金が４０００円もしない安い価格なので、致し方無いです。"
