"V god stay"

"Staff were friendly and helpful! There was a barrier language but with their actions, you can tell that they are willing to assist you in ways. Clean and orderly property. The room was spacious and quite modern. The only minor inconvenience is the confusing hallway and lack of elevator. Other than that, it was a great 4-day stay."

"Rooms were prepared daily, staff was helpful and very communicative, don’t worry about language barrier, the were always willing to help to make your stay more pleasant, and sometimes would remind you of any extra treats that the location would offer. "

"Hotel was in a great location. Close to all attractions and events. Close to tourist areas and shopping. Lots of restaurants near by. The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was that it was such an inconvenience for cars to enter and exit the hotel. Staffs were somewhat friendly but lack English. It was hard to communicate with one another even with translators. "

"今年3年目の年越し上海家族旅行で、前回までより少しランク上のホテルで快適に過ごせてとても満足できました。一つ驚いたのはホテルにチェックインする際に明日からホテルの名前がヒルトンからクンルンに変わると言われたことです。特に滞在中問題はありませんでしたが、数日後の訪中だったら困ったのではないかと思います。予約時と利用時期で名前が違うのであれば事前連絡が欲しかったです。 それと今回も例年同様にビジネスラウンジアクセスプランを選んだのですが、去年までの豫園マリオットでは家族三人でフリーに利用できたのですが、今回は娘の分だけは朝食もナイトタイムも別料金を支払わされました。この辺りも詳しい説明が予約時に参考にできるようにしてほしいです。ホテルと関係ないのですが、滞在中の1/1に上海ディズニーランドにエクスペディアのオプションツアー旅程番号...

"This hotel has nothing related its cover picture. Only 4 level building and the first level is full of small restaurants and its smoke are filled the hotel room. AC is flow with dust. Bathroom is full of stains. Room is small. Though the staff is quite nice and helpful."

"Hele lieve mensen, alleen is dit geen hostel maar een plek waar Chinezen op een kluitje wonen op zoek naar een baan. Niemand spreekt Engels. Het is zeker een manier om te ontdekken hoe het merendeel van de Chinezen in Shanghai leven. Maar ik ben blij dat ik een andere plek heb gevonden, wat zeker niet makkelijk was zonder internet of toegang tot Googlemaps."
