"This is the most budget friendly and convenient place to stay if you’re looking for an option to be close to the Incheon Airport. The instructions to get to the place were very clear so it was easy to find. The room is fully equipped with everything you need (washing machine, microwave, kettle). Most importantly is the free airport bus shuttle which is literally 5 mins walk away from the hotel. Highly recommended! I will definitely stay here again! "

"This hotel has a water view and walking trails in front of hotel. Many dining options are available in the area. But this hotel has no hotel employees and check in with Kiosk only. Room is clean and equipped what the travelers need. But rooms needs more instructions in writing each controlled buttons. I had a on-dol room but I did not know how to control the temperature. I figured it out after I wake up several times at night. This is the reason I didn't give full 5 stars."

"Everything was wonderful. The room was a little on the small side but it was all we needed. Everything was clean. Lots of restaurants, shopping, and the subway within walking distance. We sent an email asking for a second key, but never heard back. It would have been nice to have fresh towels, more coffee and the trash taken out during our stay. We enjoyed our stay here. "Stayed 1 night for a long layover between flights. Easily accessible from the Airport via subway, I took the AREX to Unseo Station, and walked about 15 minutes to the Guesthouse. Guesthouse Ko In is in a quiet area not too far from the train station. Lots of places to eat or get coffee nearby. Check in staff were kind and friendly, and showed me how to change the lock code on my door. If you have luggage, I'd highly recommend an uber or taxi."
