"The staff werent exactly warm and welcoming, they were just okay. The room was nice, small but clean and good enough for a short stay. There was never enough food at breakfast, no cheese (ran out) every morning, trash was full and counters very dirty. That was my biggest issue, unless you made it down by 730/8 for breakfast you didnt have much options. There was lots to do in the surrouding area (spent all 3 nights at Main Event)!"

"The Combination Bath Tub was slippery .Does need a bath mat inside tub.Before someone falls and gets hurt. had to always hold onto the safety bar while showering."

"Location was great! Close to the river walk as well as to the Alamodome which is why we visited San Antonio. The room was awesome. Very spacious and had a view that I liked. "

"The room was wonderful. Very comfortable. AC worked great, soft comfy bedding, clean and updated. Had a miscommunication with the staff that resulted in them knocking on my door multiple times while I was sleeping. I had booked my two nights two different ways and they had not told me I would have to check back in with them at check out in the middle of my stay. I think that could have been handled better. Otherwise I was satisfied with my stay and I would stay there again. "
