I am a gold member on Expedia so we got upgraded to the king suite we also had 20 dollars worth of vouchers for the bar which was nice and I really loved the shampoo and body wash they have it smells relaxing. They also leave a robe for you in the bathroom. I posted this hotel on TikTok since I liked it so much and I do travel content

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The fridge & freezer worked well. They was a coffee machine & microwave but we didn't use them. The hot tub had no controls and was barely warm and the water in both the pool and the hot tub were light green, not well maintained or cleaned. The breakfast was decent, eggs, sausage, bread, cereal, waffles and juice & coffee. Staff were very polite and helpful. Location was good as you have an IHOP right next door and a chicken place called Bill Miller, just a walk across the parking lot.

The rooms were spacious however, there are no vending machines. There is one area by the reception where some snacks and water and drinks are available, however you have to pay cash and $5 per water bottle and soda was quite a bit much. Overall experience was average, nothing in terms of service or amenities stood out.

Pros: My room was simple but clean and the ac was on when I arrived. I stayed on the 3rd floor and it was quiet. The bed was also pretty comfy. I had no issue with parking. Staff were friendly. Came by in am for cleaning but I denied, everything was stocked. Check in/checkout was easy. Free breakfast, but limited options. Cons: Hot breakfast was the same, it didn’t change.(eggs and sausage) Elevator needs some work. The light was flashing and there were scratches. It was also missing the up/down light sign. I didn’t need it, but the washer was broken.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, however the cable was not very great, no on demand or access to anything but a guide and whatever is on at the time. The WiFi code also did not work.I used the workout room one night but the treadmill did not work and it was 80* in there with no fan. Our toilet did not flush and we had to get a plunger from downstairs. Just little things, we had to leave very early each morning before the continental breakfast but they did have drinks and snacks to purchase downstairs. Also a wal mart was right next door as well as a Dominoes for a quick easy dinner. We were in town for Air Force graduation and it was a super friendly and clean hotel to sleep in. If you go out at night and don’t care about cable or want to work out I highly recommend this spot.

The room has this indescribable odor. Almost certain it’s in the carpet. The chair had stains just as other reviews mentioned. I didn’t feel unsafe. Parking lot is well lit. Limited access into the building. Night staff was very alert when we arrived in the middle of the night. The staff were accommodating and professional. The gym is simple and clean. Nearby is a mall, some shopping centers, a Target and a Walmart, restaurants, Dave & Buster and Six Flags. The stay satisfied what we needed for the one night but we won’t be back.
