"Especially the staff did an amazing job"

"We booked a mountain view, the view was ok but the noise of the traffic was worse, had to wear earplugs. Staff were lovely and hotel was clean."

"I've paid online for a separate room. Once I arrived I noticed that there is no available room for me. As alternative they bring me to the other guesthouse far away from this place. The new place had broken wi-fi, there was no any infrastructure near the guesthouse. The back way I've been forced to be paid by myself."
