「Great location. Room was clean. WiFi signal not good in my area of the hotel. I work remotely and had to use my hotspot as the WiFi was poor. Room was clean but sparse. No desk. No chair. Nowhere to put my luggage. New vinyl floor was improperly installed causing a suction noise whenever you waked on it. Wasn’t expecting much but got better value at same price from a few other hotels in area.」

「Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The delicious breakfast, warm coffee available all day, great swimming pool experience, and overall amenities and in the center of location, we enjoyed pretty much everything during our stay. We would be staying again there next time.」

「Room was dirty upon arrival and not well maintained. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was hanging from the ceiling and would hit the bathroom door every time we closed it. We stayed 3 nights/ 4 days and our room was not cleaned at all. We never even saw anyone from room service our entire stay. Our first night the hotel was overrun with bikers for Ohio bike week. Our last 2 nights we had a high school basketball team on our floor that would play in the halls and slam their doors. We would not...

「部屋の鍵が壊れていて 1時間近く部屋の前で待たされて、結局 部屋を変えることに。 ディスカウント処理をすると言っていたが口だけで何も無い。 ホテルのゴミ箱はゴミが溢れかえっていても ホテルの従業員は遊んでいる。部屋の壁際は虫の死骸だらけ。換気扇は壊れているし バスルームの電気は2箇所壊れて薄暗い。二度と泊まりたくない。」

「Clean rooms, staff was extremely inviting and helpful. Couple friendly, family friendly I felt safe and accommodated. We stayed 4 days the 2nd night our tv didn't work the 3rd night there, which ended being ok. But our air in our room kept cutting off during the night. Other than that I was a great place to stay. We will be back!」
