"The hotel is very nice. View of Mt Shasta from our room was amazing. The hotel is very nice, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Location is great, they have on site restaurant and a bar with a Mexican restaurant across the street. Indoor pool and hot tub was a plus. "

"The Motel is Pet Friendly which we love. The Room was updated with light colors and LVP Flooring. The Check in was easy and friendly👍 The Only Cons that are easily remedied: Need the floors cleaned better; they were dusty and there was little pieces popcorn by the bed. there was dirt all the way down top to bottom of wall in the corner of the bathroom (I wiped off a little easily), and the vent was really dusty above. A simple instruction on Thermostat and TV control for those that dont deal...

"The property was old but clean and everything in the room worked. The breakfast was awful though. Extremely limited and weak coffee "

"My stay was great! My room was clean as well as the rest of facility with exception of the elevator floor. I am only giving a three star for the cleaniness of the elevator floor during my three night stay, the floors were filthy and never cleaned. Would i stay there again, yes as it is the nicest hotel in area."

"The property is recently renovated as it used to be a Ramada Inn. The elevator needs to be upgraded and our room had some road noise (our room faced Interstate 5). The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, my wife and I were pleased with our stay and would stay there again."
