「When we arrived we were told that there wasn't a booking for us and that your company had not placed a booking, in spite of the fact that they had our credit card details. We were then told that the rooms we had booked were all sold and all we could do was to accept some garage like rooms. The beds were rock hard, aircon didn't work and there was no hot water in our shower, my mother in law mistakenly left her watch in the room when we out, it wasn't there when we got back and no-one had seen...

「Nice facilities, and very romantic atmosphere. Biggest problem is the busy road that passes by the resort. Loud trucks and motorcycles made it hard to sleep in the tent but we did get upgraded to some kind of suite that was an actual house, not a tent. Problem solved but we chose to cancel our second night because we were put in another tent for the second night and it felt like we would just have the same noise issue all over again.」

「This was truly a rustic masterpiece carefully crafted within an idyllic setting. If you’re looking for the Four Seasons, keep looking, but if you want to truly escape to a separate reality, this is the place to be. Staff was friendly and welcoming. They worked tirelessly to ensure our needs were met or exceeded. 10/10 - would stay here again. 」
