"Everything about this hotel was cute and the location is amazing. Downside was the check in process. I thought their google drive instructions were clear but when actually confirming all your guests on the screen, it doesn’t let us confirm but just go automatically to calling. I almost thought I did something wrong, but I guess it just prompts the next screen and they want you to verbally confirm you got the key.
