"Front desk man was very kind and very inviting to the property and made me feel welcome and important as a guest!"

"For an older property it was fairly well maintained and clean. Nice pool. Lumpy bed but not the worst ever. Main complaint was a cover where a heater or vent or something used to be was not secured so vermin could have easily passed through. Had to block with a backpack! Overall a decent stay."

"The Hotel mag key cards kept losing their codes. Room 127 and entrance C were a problem every day. Each time I came back to the hotel I had to go to the office to get a new key card."

"You get what you pay for. One good thing about this property is they don’t over sell their facility. It is what it is for the price we pay. Shower handle did not work well. The advantage of this property is check in any time after 7 AM where as other places we have to wait till 3 pm! Does not give very safe appeal when looking at type of people that check in and reminds you get what you pay for. Other than that, they want to do good service and room is clean. "

"It was under renovation in the lobby so just a little chaotic. It happens. Area is just off the highway and there was a small tenting situation just down the block. "

"It is kept up well like most Best Western properties. The staff here made it stand out for me. They were all personable, kind, helpful, and very well to work with when we did have one problem in one of our rooms. Definitely recommend staying here when visiting St Helens! "

"My husband and I stayed here for the first time. An absolutely loved it. We had a room with a balcony, on the second floor overlooking the water. We loved sitting out there, drinking our coffee and watching the river. The garden below is also very beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was great and the room was very clean. The front desk very helpful and friendly, both when checking in and checking out"

"Everything is great. Not sure what happened that there was no roll of toilet paper on the holder and none elsewhere in the room. No TV remote as well. Reception desk ladies were very helpful, one lady even came up to room to make sure the TV remote given to me was working."

"No weather stripping across the bottom of door which made it very noisy as it was right next to freeway. Also there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and I couldn't brake a bath as the plug wouldn't plug and hold water "
