"Incredible location. Great price"

"Great location, and very quiet"

"Accommodating staff, clean and updated rooms, great location"

"Great location, comfortable room, helpful staff!"

"Tucked away in a cozy nook, close to everything anytime of day. "

"This is a charming small family-owned hotel off of a very busy main avenue. It felt very safe and was super quiet at night. Alfredo, the front desk person is so warm and friendly. The breakfast was sufficient and there was heat in the room (other hotels I stayed in did not). I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Loved the quiet clean room with great bed. Shame the coffee machines were always not working properly whilst we were there."

"No hot water, washroom was broken."

"Great location close to many restaurants and quiet at night."

"It was perfect for the walking and near the Santa Lucia train station and as well the bus station. On the future return to Venezia I`ll stay at the same hotel."

"Great to stay in Venice, room was clean and staff was nice. Would make sure to stay here in the colder season because of no AC"

"If you're looking for a simple spot to stay in Venice, this is a great spot. The location is perfect and tucked away on a side street so not too loud from the busy main roads."

"The location of the property was very good. Everything looks good."

"Beautiful small hotel. People are so nice and gentle . They offered us as honeymooners breakfast as gift. Will return for sure next year. Highly recommend"

"Clean modern rooms, near restaurants and shops, 15 to 20 minutes away from rialto bridge and all touristic places"

"Location is beautiful."

"Beautiful property."

"Authentic old Venetian hotel before there were chains. I loved the breakfast room right on the canal with the boats zooming by and the sun streaming in through the lead glass windows."

"Nice place, clean, friendly staff. The location isn't perfect of the goal of the visit is to explore the heart of Venice, as it takes about 45 minutes to get to Rialto, on the bus and vaporetto."

"The hotel was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood off of a charming piazza! The property was quaint and decorated with historic paintings, furniture and decor. Room was clean, the ac sometimes did not work. Breakfast was basic but delicious."
