"Really friendly place with an excellent shuttle that runs early and late to and from the nearby airport. The guys at reception always very friendly, my key often didn’t work and they always resolved. A very comfortable bed and a large room with a microwave and refrigerator. Nice bathroom with complimentary toiletries and excellent shower pressure. Basic breakfast, McDonalds next door. Excellent local transit for reaching all spots Juneau. "

"This is a historic hotel, a group of rooms located in a National Historic Register building. One of the best loved bars of Juneau is downstairs. The room was cozy and comfortable, and shared bath facilities were clean. I made Alaskan friends when I visited the bar. A great, authentic feeling Alaska experience. Don't expect a modern hotel experience - you'll find that in other parts of town."

"Hotel was clean and beds comfortable. The remodel made for a funky looking appearance and the placement of the TV on top of the refrigerator made it less functional but, overall, the staff were friendly and attentive. The attached restaurant has fabulous food and worth the stay alone!"
