「We actually ended up in the bay Lan Ha next to Ha Long. Same scenery but less boats. Our craft was called Paradise Grand. Just delightful with delicious food and fun activities like cooking class, cave tour, village visit. Cannot recommend more highly. Not the cheapest choice so favoured by couples over 35 I would say. Not a party boat」

「Trip from the wharf on the tender (boat big enough to fit 40 or so people) took about 40 minutes to get out to the boat moored out in Halong Bay. Had set menu lunch and dinner tasting menu food was good. Room was comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Bathroom nice with porthole window in the shower. Activities were good including kayaking, squid fishing and visit to cave. Favourite activity for the family was the karaoke. Pool was a very big spa that was well utilised. Shuttle transfer...

I’m just wondering why the BBQ Hostel got only 2* in Hotels.com? The interior is new and modern and I had my own bathroom for an affordable price. There are still some construction ongoing in the area but it didn’t bother me at all. I will definitely come back if near by.」

「No good, old buiding, rude and sly manager, he lied about the occupancy of the hotel only bevause wanted to cash more money for national holiday in haphong city so wanted me to delete my booking,but i could not because i paid in advance. So he had to confirm my booking. So, he gave me a 4th floor room ,no elevator,very steep.and we didnot argue. Sum up :his attitude was just bad, like a real unpleasant unqualified host can have.
