「This place is horrible and run down. It has a Nice lobby and a good bed. 」

「The pool heater was broke but other than that it was nice 」

「The hotel is reasonable priced. It is older no updates but fairly clean. The problem was that the hot tub was not hot and the jets were not working. I informed the front desk the response was that they were trying to find a company to repair it. It had not bee working on arrival and was not repaired upon check out. Very disappointed. Should not be charging a resort fee or at least lower the price. 」

「I had to change room 3 times due to roaches! They have a bad roach problem 」

「Room was very clean and beautiful. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Bar is located outside right by the pool.」

「My son and I enjoyed our stay while visiting FSU. We only wish Best Western would stop serving breakfast on styrofoam plates and replaced travel size shampoos and soaps with more environmentally friendly alternatives. 」

「Great place for families with children, the indoor pool, , hot tub,Miniature golf & ping pong all in the indoor pool area was great especially if the weather wasn't good was a lot for the children to do!」
