「Our stay was great. Room was very nice as well as clean. The miniature golf course on the property was great as well.」

「We have stayed there before. This trip was disappointing mostly because of the location of the room. We were on the first floor across from the elevator and ice machine. Noisy throughout the night. The mattress was uncomfortable and deeded replacing. Bathroom sink was not clean. Ok otherwise. Good breakfast. We had already booked another stay in December at Christmas and will give it another chance. I will request a room on an upper floor and see how that goes. We stay there because the...

「Hotel overbooked rooms, we supposed to have had a king but ended up with two queen beds. They did lower the cost of the room. Also it sounded like elephants in the room above us. For hours none stop pounding. Ended up seeing two small children at the free breakfast the next morning.」

「This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve been to in Fairmont. I’ve never been to West Virginia in general, but most of the party that stayed for a wedding in Mannington stayed here. It was a great time and breakfast was amazing!」

「The overall appearance was abominable for the rate of $200+ per night (before taxes and fees) on a game weekend. I get that this is a university town, but that doesn’t mean a place lacking a quality breakfast spread (same 3 sugary cereals, honey buns, and cream cheese danishes), with watermarks on the ceiling, a small refrigerator that was badly in need of defrosting (couldn’t use top shelf at all due to large chunk of ice), a nonfunctional hair dryer in the tiny bathroom, stained carpets in the...

「Everything worked as it should; I would be happy to stay here again. No TCM, but I enjoyed the HBO offering on the TV.」

「good experience」

「First night there, the room I was given was dirty. The floor had not been swept or vacuumed recently, the couch was covered in what looked like dog hair. The desk and night stands had not been wiped down and the refrigerator was dirty. They moved me to another room. It was better but the floors and couch were dirty. I ended up having to say two more nights and the cleanliness of the rooms was horrible. Same as I mentioned before. The microwaves and refrigerators were never clean, one...
