"Wer Luxus mag ist hier falsch. Sehr einfache Unterkunft im Jungle mit einem so herzliche lieben Gastgeber. Das Essen ist toll die Lage im Jungle sucht ihres gleichen. Die Touren die Angebot werden sind definitiv authentischer als jene welche man in der Sirena Station geboten bekommt. "Casa pequena is a lovely place held by a genuinely nice young couple. For nature and simplicity lovers this place is like heaven. Comfort is basic overall and the owners offer the option to have lunch and dinner on site with good local food. Internet access is a scare ressource only accessible from the main building for the time being but you don't really go there to spend your day on social networks. This is better to have your own car and a 4x4 is needed to access the site and the beaches...

"Return trip after many years. Hear/see ocean from room. Wildlife easily spotted.housekeeping and gardens were very clean. Rooms well constructed especially bathroom ( nothing fancy but solidly built). Customer service and waitstaff need hospitality training. Guests seemed like an inconvenience.(Booking and administration were very responsive helping with Corcovado tour. ) Unfortunately,if the only contact a guest has is with employees that seemingly don’t want to be there then the whole place...

I dove with Costa Rica Dive and Surf, which left from their office in Uvita. The dive equipment was in great shape and they had multiple dive masters with us. The Cano Island dive it a sandy bottom, easy, 60 foot dive, with light to medium currents. I didn't see a ton of great stuff, but this school of fish was worth it in itself. The trip includes two dives, an island trip, snacks, lunch, all your equipment rentals, etc. $175 per person for the day. Expensive, but supposed to be one of the best dive sites in CR, so worth it if you're in the area.
