「Well first problem I have been double billed once by expedia and then second by the hotel. Took over an hour waiting for entry to the room. The Wifi didn’t work. the television didn’t work and the assigned parking wasn’t assigned. The room was very clean and the appliances state of the art. The restaurant was great and the breakfast was excellent. I didn’t enjoy not having a person to speak with and every response was that they would pass in on to the local staff but nobody was there.」

「Our experience was so bad that we stayed only one night instead the two we booked and paid. The photos of the property are absolutely misleading, there is absolutely no view from inside. The surrounding area is nice, just not from right at the house. The beds were absolutely horrible. And to add insult to the injury the host, located directly above the unit we stayed in, walked around and had conversations until after midnight. We could hear every word and it felt as if someone would fall thru...

「The room we received was not a studio as advertised and even as stated in the reservation confirmation. A basic room with a matrimonial bed and auxiliary bed in the basement, instead of the upper floor appartment the Expedia listing showed. The room was clean, and aircon was a blessing, but it was not possible to bring auxilliary bed with pull-out frame onto a level sleeping height, it remained step-up for our entire stay, making it tough nights for the 3rd person.
