「We had a fantastic time during our week at Casa Brisas Del Mar. We were a group of 13 adults ranging in age 25-62. The layout of bedrooms was nearly perfect for our group. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed cooking and eating in the beautiful dining room. Mariela was very responsive to any questions we had. The view from the house is spectacular and the walk to a very nice beach was not bad at all! It was such a wonderful time and location to celebrate our daughter's graduation from law...

「The condo was clean and had everything we needed for the week. There's a free shuttle bus you can call that drives you to the Beach Club (and back to the condo) as needed. Playa Conchal is simply beautiful - not busy, clear waters. Nice restaurant at the Beach Club as well. The lush greens and sunset views from the condo were just stunning. The best supermarket was Auto Mercado near Tamarindo approx. 30 min drive that had a wider variety of products, breads and great meats if you plan on cooking...

「Liked the Property but I was entertaining 3 Friends early for one night before our weeks Condo. stay, the bathroom tub was so discusting I have a picture, The worse was the phone line did not work and we were cut off from all communication. When a neighbor heard of the problem called from her cell, they then said they were not coming that night Friday, but will be there 9am Sat. am I let them know we were checking out at 11 so do not come at 9am.
