Staff are very friendly and lovely. They have great parking - book in advance. Great location for central Pau. The hotel is very tired and you don’t need to look too hard in the corners to see dirt and grime.

The hearing didn't work in the room, the hotel needs some attention, the rooms seem a bit tired and no clear instructions on parking. There are better 4* hotels out there...
