"We had a wonderful stay, very pleased, lots of extras, but it is not a 4 bedroom house (more later). Sitting at the dining room table there is a view out between houses to see the ocean. The master bedroom deck has an even better view. The master bedroom is spacious, as is the larger of the other bedrooms. The third bedroom is small with room for the bed and not much else. The 'fourth bedroom' - the office with a pull out couch we didnt use. It is private but is quite small concrete block...

"This was one of the best places we've stayed on the Mendocino Coast. We been renting a week every year for 20 years and this one is right up there with the best. Is it perfect, no, but NO house is and people need to accept that. Great views, clean, comfortable, location, this place has it all. We saw whales from the deck every day, went to Irish Beach several times. It right between Point Arena and Mendocino so you can do a lot of things."

"This home was the perfect Oasis for our trip to “Better Place Forest” in Point Arena. We came to place my husband’s ashes beneath the Redwood tree we chose six years ago. The house was perfectly situated near “A better place”. The neighborhood is easy to access and quiet. My grand daughter was delighted to have the game room because it was raining when we arrived. The hosts are wonderful at responding promptly to questions. Would gladly stay here again. This is a 2 story house with the kitchen...
