We had a great time over Carnival weekend and so many really interesting events happened right in the square out front our flight was cancelled last minute on Saturday and they let us stay no problem for one more night. "First impression matters. This hotel’s staff welcomed us warmly and gave us the best tips on how to maximize our stay in Lucerne. The daily breakfast had a good selection, and there was unlimited access to hot water and coffee which was perfect! We also came at a time when they were celebrating the carnival which made our stay even more memorable. Thank you! One more thing, this hotel is centrally located - about 4-5 mins walk from the train station, and is close to everything!"
