Staff is excellent: friendly, helpful, courteous. Breakfast was outstanding - offers more than we could try, and everything was tasty. Bed and room were a bit warm, but OK for one night; Residence is next to the main building, but still very close. Surroundings are very beautiful.

Stayed in the Residence that is part of the Park Hotel in Zug. Good central location, 5 mins walk from the train station. Big room with a balcony, good shower, little / no aircon so a fan was in the room but it was quite noisy. Main point to note is that you need to check in at the Park Hotel next door to get your key - there wasn't any signage at the Residence to tell you this so be prepared. Overall good experience.

We really liked the staff—they were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning, which made the room uncomfortably hot. Because of the heat, we had to leave the windows open, which led to bugs and even a cockroach in the room. Also, we couldn’t access the swimming pool because our keys didn’t work, and we weren’t sure why. Overall, the staff were great, but the lack of air conditioning and maintenance issues affected our stay.

Rezeption schwer zu finden, Stromausfall

- Es steht leider weder bei der Buchung noch im eigentlichen Gebäude irgendein Hinweis dass der Check-In, das Parkhaus und das Frühstück im Parkhotel nebenan ist. Wir sind durculh das Gebäude geirrt und haben die Rezeption gesucht und schließlich angerufen. + Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, sauber und groß mit einem großen Wintergarten. Check-Out ist erst um 12:00 Uhr, was sehr angenehm ist. + Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, riesige Auswahl und bis 10:30 Uhr - Wir hatten 2 Doppelzimmer gebucht, leider ist bei einem der Zimmer frühmorgens der Strom ausgefallen. Wir haben das an der Rezeption gemeldet, der Stromausfall konnte aber bis zum Check-Out nicht behoben werden. Komisch fand ich außerdem, dass man offiziell bis einen Tag vorher hätte stornieren können aber bereits eine Woche vorher der Gesamtpreis auf der Visacard blockiert wurde.
