"Like most, we came to Xico for quiet and relaxation from the city. There was a large family using the hotel for a family reunion. A DJ appeared around 9:00pm and they did karaoke with a speaker for a few hours. Car and hotel room doors shutting all night. I understand this is common but I feel the hotel should have done a better job of separating guests from the family reunion. Breakfast is excellent. You need to leave the property with a car for any other meals or drinks. "

"Resulta que este es un motel y algunos cuartos los habilitaron como de hotel, el aire acondicionado no sirve, tuvimos que pedir una cobija porque la cama no tenía y el cuarto estaba muy frío."

"Un lugar con mucho contacto con la naturaleza. Las instalaciones estan descuidadas y se ven viejas. El buffet caro para dos opciones de guisado que había, aunque si estaba muy rico… el servicio del personal es escaso y deja un poco que desear… lo bueno es que de ahí mismo puedes contratar las actividades, ya que no hay nada cerca…"

"The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel was in a great location. The free breakfast was excellent, lots of choice. The staff were excellent, vert helpful and friendly. I was sick my last day there and they helped me in everyway they could! Thank you staff."
