"A pousada é linda e aconchegante. Minha única reclamação é em relação ao horário do checkin, que é às 15h. Meu casamento era às 16h em um local ao lado e meu noivo foi se arrumar na pousada, eu havia pedido para fazer o checkin antecipado e eles falaram que iriam verificar mas que provavelmente abririam uma exceção, além de não abrirem ainda liberaram o quarto às 15h10. Não é razoável que o checkout sendo às 12h o quarto não seja limpo em menos tempo que isso, pode parecer pouco, mas para uma...

"A very nice place in a great location. It's very clean and has all the conveniences. And it's close to the center of the city. The issue I had is they didn't send me the code to enter my room before I arrived. I couldn't reach them via email or watsapp, only a phone call worked (and the responder only spoke Portuguese)."

"This is my second time staying here. It is clean, pleasant, and reasonably priced. Most appreciate that it is in the touristy area of Santa Teresa and near LAPA. That is nice too. There's also a great view of the center from most rooms. My only minus, which isn't tied to the place, is that if you're out late, it can be difficult to get an uber up into the steep hills of Santa Teresa. Most taxis will though."

"AVOID! This place was an absolute nightmare! Ants, roaches, and bedbugs all over the place! When I arrived, the place was unclean from the last guest and the hotel did not care. There is no front desk. BEWARE: It is in the favela and very dangerous even during the day! The pictures are deceptive. I left before my booking ended. You could not pay me to stay here again! "
