"Overall a good hotel and we were stay here again if the a washer and dryers were better maintained. We spent 2 hours figuring out when the washing will be complete and then another hour waiting for the clothes to dry.. The breakfast spread was excellent!!!"

"We would stay here again for the location, well maintained and self-laundry. The staff are helpful but not warm/welcoming. Note tjat there are no onsite resturants. We arrived tired and wanted dinner at the hotel. Fortunately, there were restaurants nearby.."

"From the moment you step onto the property the staff and ambience takes your breath away. The views are stunning. The service was 11/10. They upgraded our room without us asking as they knew we were celebrating a special occasion. The Chinese restaurant was delicious! My only regret with my booking was choosing to stay one night. If I stayed for two nights…I probably would never want to leave. The only minor inconvenience was that the room doesn’t offer many outlets for personal use. I needed to unplug the humidifier or room scent diffuser to use my Dyson or charge my devices. "

"Wonderful hotel with great amenities. Very family-friendly, staff were super helpful. It’s a little tucked away in terms of location, but they do offer free (limited) pickup and dropoff service to Taichung and pickup or dropoff service to Shuishe. Highly recommend."
