Room is tiny which wasn't super clear in the pictures. Floor was absolutely filthy when we arrived, although when I notified reception they did send the cleaner to vacuum. The location is excellent — a 5-8 minute walk to the Zhongshan MRT stop (red and green lines) but lots of buses even closer.
