First day and had to take photos to show how blind shutters would not shut to bathroom area, a light under the sink was hanging too. I had d to request for a full clean of bed and sheets as I had started scratching every time I went under the sheets and had to go to a Pharmacy to get tablets and cream! Went to the Spa area which was nice but the Jacuzzi only half worked… not surprised. In a one positive the location is great
