「I am so glad we booked this place for our family to help us celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. It was perfect! Loved the different levels which felt strange at first but provided space for children and adults much needed space. We loved having the lake right there-- and those who braved the cool lake temps had a blast. Once they froze they could easily spray off and jump in the hot tube in the bottom level of the house. 「It was difficult to go inside because the view was so compelling! We were 7 adults and 2 small kids and had plenty of rooms and plenty of room to be together. The kitchen had everything we needed and seats for everyone. Location ideal. The house did have two room air conditioners but it was tough to keep all parts of that large house cool. We had record heat during our stay in July so that was part of it. Overall great for a family visiting Lake Tahoe.」

「It was a beautiful place. Listing was very closed as listed. Beautiful view to the lake. Hot tub and pool was nice and heated on the cold snow season. However, we did encounter a few issues. One Stove handle was broken, we were a group of 12 and there wasn’t enough towels. No blender, no Roku or smart tv, internet was slow. The door knob on the first bedroom doesn’t lock for privacy. The first floor restroom toilet was too closed to the door. Also, and additional parking lot should be provided...
