Silver Rock Lodge is the quintessential Lake Tahoe home located in the Skyland lakefront community on the shores of Lake Tahoe. The house is set among beautiful pine trees and large granite boulders, hence the name Silver Rock Lodge. It's the perfect setting for a vacation any time of the year. You'll be within walking distance of the Skyland community beach and only a short drive from the Stateline Casinos and Heavenly Mountain Resort.
This fully furnished 3,600 square foot estate has five bedrooms and five baths catering to 10 guests and features a brand new hot tub!! An elevator accesses each of the home's three floors in addition to a beautiful curved staircase from the 2nd to 3rd floors. The main entry level of the home provides two separate family rooms, two dining areas, and a chef's kitchen that provides everything you need to create gourmet meals with your family and friends. The 5th bedroom and bathroom can be found as a separate 1-bedroom apartment on the ground level of the house. It's accessible via the elevator, through the garage, or a private exterior entrance. The apartment provides a private escape, with a separate kitchenette and living area, while still enjoying the proximity to the rest of your group. Please be advised that this property is not equipped with air conditioning. It is designed to take full advantage of the cool mountain air to regulate the home's temperature during the summer months.
