「Great property. Excellently situated for all the bars and restaurants all within a couple of minutes walk. 10 minute walk to the beach as well. Property was nice a quiet in the night time even though you are not far off the main road through the town.」

Location is difficult to find as there are two complexes (A & B) with the same name, however they are not signposted clearly at each property or easy to locate on a map. The local manager was not responsive enough and did not provide clear address details so we could find the property and had to contact them. The host was very kind and helpful throughout our stay, providing recommendations and quick responses whenever we had questions. 「We left Akakia Panoramic Villa only a few hours after arrival because we simply could not stay there. The villa had a very strong smell of dampness and mould throughout the house. I have a medically documented mould allergy and have previously been hospitalized due to mould exposure, so remaining in the property was not safe for me. We also found visible signs of moisture damage in several areas, including peeling paint, cracked plaster and walls that appeared to have been painted over...

「Der Unterkunft wurde übergebucht und wir wurden angerufen und gesagt dass die Villa nicht mehr verfügbar ist obwohl wir bezahlt haben den ganzen geld und dann 5 stunde warten haben die uns in einer hässlichkeit unterkunft mit armeisen zusammen zu leben. Die villa wurde gebucht für sechs personen und die neue unterkunft war einfach ein zimmer wohnung für 6 Personen, einfach schrecklich. Unsers ganz geld ist weg umsonst. 」

「3rd time staying here as we loved this place, but was very disappointed this time, stayed 11 nights, they changed the check in time from 2pm to 4pm, a villa that sleeps 4, there was only 3 cups and 2 big plates,grounds and pool not maintained, pool was always dirty, rarely had the filters running and not cleaned at all during our stay,not once did a cleaner come to the villa, I had to ask for clean towels and linen and change the beds ourselves, also had to get own cleaning materials, no cloths,...
