Villa Lida Aresti with private pool

Villa Lida is located in the area of Agios Leon, close to the town and a few km from Port Limnionas. It is located in an impressive natural area of 150 hectares where you will enjoy incomparable tranquility as well as truly beautiful views of the mountains and the sea. It is a rustic stone construction with a lot of charm and attention to the smallest detail. Bathing area with spectacular views and with a well-sized swimming pool of 8x5 meters and also with a children's pool for total peace of mind, is ideal for families.
The house has 150 m2, is surrounded by fenced gardens with sea views.
On the ground floor there is a large open living room with fireplace, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom.
The villa can accommodate up to 6 people in three bedrooms. It will definitely be a great choice for nature lovers to enjoy a comfortable villa on their unforgettable vacation.

Large garden to relax in. It has good interior qualities. The villa offers free WiFi and free parking. The villa has air conditioning in the dining room and in the 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen. Flat screen TV. The accommodation is for non-smokers.
It is a great choice for families who want to be close to the capital and well connected while remaining in a quiet environment. Excellent quality-price ratio.

Spacious resort in lovely location

Very nice house, great team taking care of it. Location is great if you like to have a bit of piece while in the middle of the island and every spot within 20-40 minutes distance.Only thing that was not good was the kitchen. We were travelling with kids and a baby - the kitchen was not good enough for this. The dishwasher was not worth its name and the sink was spilling water all over the place.Other than that it was perfect.

Ein sehr schönes Objekt und ein toller Service!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Objekt! Es ist etwas abseits und ruhig gelegen, komplett ausgestattet und der Service (Verwalter & Servicekräfte) war schon fast "über-perfekt". Wenn wir es nicht auf eigenen Wunsch unterbunden hätten, wäre das Haus täglich gereinigt worde und auch die Handtücher wären täglich getauscht worden - das ist aus unserer Sicht nicht notwendig ... allerdings waren wir in der ersten Woche auch nur zu zweit und in der zweiten Woche zu dritt. Der Pool wurde ebenfalls täglich gereinigt ... Über die gesamten zwei Wochen waren wir alleine im Resort ... die übrigen vier Häuser waren nicht belegt. Somit war es jeden Abend sehr ruhig und es gab keine störenden Geräusche. Wie es sich verhält, wenn die anderen Häuser auch belegt sind, können wir nicht beurteilen. Die gesamte Anlage ist wirklich schön und sauber und man hat sogar ein wenig Blick aufs Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für alles des täglich Bedarfs sind mit dem Auto in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar (Bäckerei, kleiner Supermarkt) und auch schöne und preisgerechte Tavernen gibt es mehr als genug in der näheren Umgebung. Sehr zu empfehlen sind die zwei Sunset-Tavernen an der Steilküste, Porto Roxa Beach (Club) sowie eine Bootstour (selbst fahren!) von Porto Vromi zum Schiffswrack sowie Stränden, die von Land nicht zu erreichen sind. Es war ein toller Urlaub und wir werden mit Sicherheit nochmal in dieses Objekt kommen - absolut empfehlenswert! Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team!!!
