"The room was clean and the staff is polite and welcoming! They offer amenities in the lobby. The check in process was quick. They have a self check-in/check-out machine. A majority of the hotels offer the luggage delivery service, which is amazing. You have to pay in cash. They will all call the hotel you’re sending the luggage to confirm your reservation. They have free breakfast! It’s amazing and you get a variety of choices. They changed it a bit daily and you can enjoy Japanese disnes. The kitchen staff were sweet. You have a place to store your luggage before you check-in and after. I enjoyed my stay here. The only con was the bed was thin and hard. That’s it. "

"Every convenient location, especially if you plan to visit UFJ. JR station is t min away and a convenient store near the station. The property was clean and very spacious. The quality of amenities are more than I expected. The entrance to the hot spring next door was included. I do recommend this place to the others."

"Hotel was close to everything, transit is just 10 minutes walk, few starions. restaurants are everywhere any food ypu desire to. Hotel have great amenities, piyamas, sleepers and any esensials you need to. Staff is very nice and efficent. Laundry room in the second floor ypu cam monitor the staus from your room tv, including the ones thay are not in use. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, expensive, but worst every penny. Room are nice and very confortabke Great hotel, highly recommended. Will go baxk next time we are in Osaka."

"This property is ideal for its proximity to Universal. It’s a one minute walk from the station. This property is surrounded with food options. There is a 7-11, Starbucks, and Lawson’s on-site. The room was large and provided toiletries, coffee, and tea. The complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were amazing and smelled wonderful. The shower is huge and comfortable. As I mentioned, the station is close by and easy to get to Dotonbori and other places of interest. If you’re going to Universal, this is the ideal property. "
