Good hotel in a good location

We were in a room on the top floor that can fit 4 people (but we only have 2). The room has plenty of space and face the lake. The location is great facing the lake. The beds are comfortable and the room is clean. I would recommend this hotel for those who want to stay on this side of the lake.

Great accommodation in terms of location. They were also very family friendly. I’d pick this one over the other Lealea site because it has elevators. They gave us a baby cot and it was great. I did see some mold at the bathroom. The accommodation isn’t as great as some other 4-star hotels I have been in .

Spacious, clean and comfortable

The deluxe quadruple room, with lake view, is spacious and clean. The bathroom is fitted with Japanese toilet with bidet functions, adjustable settings for water pressure and a heated seat. There is a bathtub and a separate shower beside it. There is a balcony that offers great view of the lake. The room exceeded my expectations. For breakfast buffet, it’s just a 1-minute walk to the Richforest hotel nearby. The spread of the breakfast buffet was decent and service was good. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

the hotel is very convenient and have a good view of the lake. however the breakfast is at the other building which is around 100m from this hotel. not very far. food is good. the downside is that it is all stairs and no lift. therefore for those with walking problem will be a bit difficult. overall experience with them is great!

- I enjoyed staying at this property, breakfast taste good and has many selections. - It's very close by the lake and if you choose view room(pay a little more), you can have a panoramic view of sun moon lake just in your balcony. - It's also in walking distance to the port(where you can take a boat tour for the lake). it's also in walking distance(very close by) to those two food and shopping streets, - last but not least it's also in walking distance to a bus station where you can take the bus for going around the lake tour. - The only suggestion I have is that my room hardwood floor looks kind of old and are worn out(some pieces are kind of broken, suggest to do a renovation soon)

Nice place to stay at Sun Moon Lake. Great view of the lake. Comfortable beds. Very nice staff. Bike rental place just a block away. Riding e bikes around the lake was the highlight of our trip. Saw a large squad of monkeys on the bike path which we spent a long time observing and taking pictures of. Without an e bike it would be a struggle to go as far as we did. Street food in Sun Moon Lake was just so-so. Beautiful lake though. Took the ferry across the lake and then rented bikes to go to the temple which is super impressive. Xuan Zhang Temple. It is 6 flights of stairs from the bike path to the temple grounds. The cable car lift to the native village park is a 12 minute walk from the hotel.

Lovely views over the lake

Really good location to activities around. Good condition and comfortable to stay. Lucky to have views over the lake with added bonus of a balcony. Breakfast was included which was located just across the road, this was no issue at all. Very pleased with our stay.

這次住日潭館，CI的小姐可能心情不好，相關設施也沒介紹，隔天早上的就親切多了。 可能三家飯店的客人都在同一個餐廳用餐，食物來不及補，很多都是空的，但餐廳服務人員很好，餐廳的景色也很棒。
