秋高氣爽的時節入住

雖然是有歷史的溫泉飯店，但商家的設備維持與整理值得肯定，不管是免費取用的茶點區，還是兒童大人都能盡興的溫泉區，以這平易近人的價位，能享受到的CP值真的高，會有意願再次光顧的溫泉飯店。

缺點：洗澡水好像是溫泉水感覺怪怪的、建議衛浴改自來水，要喝水要出去倒、如果用自來水我願意房價上漲一點、有小黑蚊這是山區通病沒辦法，如果比較招蚊子的人建議多泡湯少坐休息區、沒有火車站接客車輛、房間裝潢較老但符合這價格。 優點：停車方便、湯質很好設施很棒、有溫泉蛋跟很多食物可以煮、有免費冰淇淋跟飲料

超級適合親子同遊

30年前我爸帶我們去過， 30年後換我帶小孩去， 雖然是老飯店，但持續有重新裝潢跟更新設備， 完全看不出來是那麼多年的老飯店， 真的是太棒了 我兒子跟我說他以後也要帶他兒子去。

很久沒來知本，第一首選還是東台，早餐很豐富，房間內也可以泡溫泉，紅烏龍茶很香醇，很好喝。飯店也有販售。

全部都很棒，唯獨插座不足

三天兩夜的台東旅行，續住兩晚東石溫泉飯店，一抵達飯店後，大廳整體明亮乾淨，接待員親切有禮，四人房型對於小家庭（兩大兩小）空間上不會太小，唯獨浴缸偏小（單人使用），因此趟旅遊是連住兩晚東石，所以隔日皆在對面spa溫泉區遊玩一整天，整體設計規劃都不錯，尤其是煮溫泉蛋，園區內販售的商品皆是一般行情價，不是坑殺觀光客的價錢，這點非常值得讚賞！！雖然園區有開放給非住宿房客付費入場使用（成人300小孩150），但還是強烈建議一定要住宿，因為cp值太高了。園區有新增室內兒童遊戲區，有小朋友的家庭真的是一大福音，旁邊設有撞球檯與桌球檯，只要兩百塊的押金（歸還時退押金）和房卡跟櫃台租借球具即可使用，很棒！早餐內容豐富，應有盡有，唯獨豆漿是無糖的，有點可惜，我只好拿咖啡機旁的糖包自行添加。 缺點處：飯店外觀與房內裝潢有明顯落差，房內裝潢較為老舊，床會搖且有異音，枕頭太軟，重點在插座，只有兩孔...一孔插電視，另一孔剩熱水器或冰箱看要插哪一個，可是現在是全民3c的時代...若是有飲料要冰的話，真的沒地方插手機充電器，希望飯店能改善這一點，插座不足的部分。若是可以，在床頭新增會較為方便。

室外溫泉水溫度略低，其他都蠻好。 有卡拉ok很適合愛唱歌的人，大廳有小餅乾跟簡單的飲料，可以三五好友坐在哪兒聊天，很熱鬧～

房間地板有使用過的衛生紙及垃圾未清理，挺噁心的！向櫃檯反應，竟然回說怎麼一入住沒馬上反應，難不成一入住要把整間翻了才可以嗎？質疑房客前不如反省自己怎麼沒清潔乾淨！地板隔音很差，都可以聽到樓上走路聲音，唉...

設施要加強維護

房間還好，但浴室浴缸、洗臉盆的水龍頭有黑綠色鏽汙，讓人不舒服！因要連住兩晚有向櫃台反應，有說要幫我們更換結果也沒換。浴缸放水到9分滿要一個多小時。早餐普普。最糟的是公共溫泉區三個小的熱池（一池裝不了十個人吧！）都漂著沈澱物，一摸池內壁就一撮滑滑的汙物！就不敢再泡了。
