"I booked this hotel for my parents. When they came back they could not stop talking about how nice the staff was and how clean they have in the hotel. They said staff would come and make your bed 2x a day. The food was delicious. And the pool was maintained clean. They had an ocean view and it was breathtaking."

"Solo vacay went very well! Adults only. Amazing entertainment team and events that didn't feel forced. Great drinks, snacks, and food at the main buffet. The specialty buffets were meh, but the coconut desserts at geisha, a plus! Spa is great and feels like a jungle zen escape from the party. Pools amazing and clean. Plenty of sun chairs. Beach is beautiful, water is sea green but clear through. Would repeat next summer!"
