「I loved the Broad Street Studio. It is so close to town, but also so private. It’s the perfect location and the owners of the property are lovely and kind. I was so happy with accommodations. 」

「My fiancé and I came out here with our dog for a small getaway for her birthday. The property is gorgeous and well kept. There is another property attached to the rental, however we had the whole property to ourselves when we went. The studio provided just about everything we needed for our stay and we actually really enjoyed the outdoor shower! 「The view of the lake was breathtaking! Our unit was a little dated but was very cozy and comfortable. There are other units on the property that are more updated and absolutely awesome! Unit 8 and the house next door are what l’m referring too. Our neighbor Ron was so friendly my husband and l really enjoyed his company. 「My wife and I stayed for a few days. We love downtown Nevada City and you really can’t be any closer with this stay. So convenient to be able to pop in and out while enjoying all of what downtown has to offer. Apartment was very clean and new, great kitchen all new appliances. 」

「We showed up no one answered our phone calles, emails or text messages. Couldnt rebook for the same day. It was jist an overnight trip sp we had to fond a different place to staybefore dark. Was on the phone for over an hour woth VRBRO, they tried to contact the owner as well saying it shouldn't be listed. I have notice it is still on the listing. Be careful have a back up plan.」

"Very clean facility. You get to use 24h gym and indoor pool which were very convenient for me to keep my workout routine. All the staff members were very fit and helpful. I will definitely stay here again if I ever visit the area. "
