Here you’ll find the private hot tub where you can relax in the bubbling water during the day or perhaps take a dip in the evening and watch the night sky. There is also a seating area to the side of the main entrance and a neatly trimmed lawn to the rear. Behind the property is a large orchard with additional seating that is shared with other properties on site. Feel free to pick the fruit during the autumn months or feed the chickens that roam the farm.
The local village shop is a two-minute walk away and the pub is just over the road. The popular market town of Pocklington is only a short drive away and offers a plethora of independent shops, tea rooms and a range of pubs and restaurants. Burnby Hall and Gardens is just up the road and is home to the National Collection of water lilies and the Pocklington canal is ideal for nature walks and bird watching. For cycling enthusiasts, the cycle track to Beverley is close by and the Yorkshire Wolds also offers miles of walking and cycling opportunities. If a day at the races takes your fancy, both York and Beverley offer an exciting day out.
