We felt welcome the moment we arrived. Kristen made sure we were enjoying our stay. Loved the location across from the beach. We walked to town and to local restaraunts. Once we parked the car no need to drive anywhere. Thanks for a wonderful getaway!

Very nice location. Easy access to the beach. Less than a 5 minute walk to the general store for coffee and breakfast. Close to Maine attractions as well as New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Weekend Getaway

Perfect spot to get away just my wife and I. The location was just as pictured. It was wonderful waking up each morning to an ocean view and being able to cross the street to get to the beach. Highly recommend!

Short Stay at a Long Beach

Kim and I loved minisands, it was perfect. Combined with great weather and little to no cars blocking our view we spent most of the time enjoying a charcuterie board and drinks just listening to the surf on the porch.

One of the best trips my husband and I have ever taken, I only wish we had time to stay longer. The cottage was adorable and well appointed. The ocean was visible from the bedroom, which is incredible for afternoon napping. Very impressed and will definitely return.

Cozy house in a great spot.

Our stay at Minisands was great. The house was clean and exactly as described. The location is great. The beach is just a stone’s throw from the front door. My only complaint about the property is that the bedroom is just a few feet from the road. This isn’t a problem at night since the road isn’t busy. However, traffic picks up early and it sounds like the cars are right on top of you. Fortunately I had ear plugs. Even with the noise, we’d stay there again.

Maine getaway

Minisands is perfect for a couple or small family that loves the beach! Hearing the waves at night was my Mom and Dads favorite. I loved being able to walk acrossed to the beach every morning. The parking was tight for a big truck, however i found backing down the driveway to be much easier to maneuver. Having the parking right there though saved in having to pay at the beach everyday. A little outdoor grill might be nice in the back for cooking more dinner meals in (we made breakfast everyday). Kristen the host was easy to communicate with if needed. I would recommend this tiny home for sure. Thanks for our beach front stay!

Quiet getaway before our life begins
