"The Victorian house turned out to be an excellent property for our group of ten. The house is older and shows some wear, but this lends to the homey feel of this classic Maine Victorian property. Located in a tight residential setting, the house has four bedrooms upstairs and potential additional sleeping areas in the first floor common areas. "Couldn’t have picked a better spot. 14 of us from age 15 to 88 and we all had a great stay. Beautiful home, well kept, walk to the beach, quick ride to the grocery store. Kitchen has everything you need. Great set up with the living space on the second floor and bedrooms and bathrooms on 1st and 3rd. 3 levels of decks, first floor is a great shaded area and the 3rd floor is perfect for sunbathing. The shuffle board table game is such a great addition and fun for all ages."

"The house reminded us of the set of Murder She Wrote, replete with fine antiques, vintage artwork, and beautiful woodwork. The house had a mysterious vibe and mystery of days of yore. Lots of stairs if you are concerned for youngsters or elderly. The kitchen is tiny, but adequate. Loved the dining room.The beds were good, but we had to hunt for linens. The lights flickered a lot. We contacted the owner and he responded."
