「We had a wonderful relaxing weekend at minisands! Great for a couple. Everything was clean and communication with the host was outstanding. Having the ocean across the street and being able to walk to restaurants was a plus. We will definitely return!」

We had some pretty intense thunder storms during our stay which led to power outages in the area. The host, Mike, was extremely prompt in his responses and made a point to check in on us which was very kind. We’ll definitely be back!」

「Beautiful home with a stunning view! We loved the location, convenient to Portsmouth but peaceful and quiet. We watched a fox and a groundhog cross the driveway! The restaurant across the street was delicious and so nice to be able to walk - Michelle is the most amazing server and person - be sure to ask for her if you go! We loved how the house was decorated and appreciated all the furnishings and nice touches. The fireplace came in handy on a few chilly evenings. We didn’t cook but it looked...

「Nice and clean house. Only an 8 minute drive to Moody Beach which we preferred since it's closer and less crowded. Our group of 7 enjoyed the nice backyard setup... especially the pickle ball court! Communications with property manager were quick and simple. Would recommend.」
