Historic Summer's Landing!

  • Welcome to Historic Summer's Landing! Located on the historic summer street, this pet friendly home is a short walk to the wedding cake house and the famous landing store Lobster Rolls! Drive about 5 minutes to Dock Square and the beaches. Beach parking pass provided upon arrival. The updated amenities and well designed house will make you feel at home. The first floor features a well equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, 1.5 bathrooms, and a bedroom. Walk upstairs to find 3 additional bedrooms and a reading nook. The back yard has a dining set, hammocks, BBQ grill, and a gas fireplace. The backyard has peaceful and serene meadow views.

    Bedroom configuration:
    **please note the bedrooms do not have air conditioning**

    Bedroom 2- Queen bed
    Bedroom 3- Double bed
    Bedroom 4- Two twin beds

    Bathroom 1-1st Floor-Full bathroom (shower only)
    Bathroom 2-1st Floor-Half bathroom

    Pet policy: 2 pets allowed, under 75lbs. Pet fee is $150/dog.
    All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials!
    Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Great Family Getaway

We had a great stay! The house was very comfortable for our family, with thoughtful touches like beach towels and a beach parking pass. The location was perfect—right between the upper and lower village—and we really enjoyed the style and aesthetic of the home.

Girls Weekend!

We had an awesome trip to Kennebunk, and staying at Summer's Landing was the icing on the cake! Convenient location, decorated perfectly, and a nice back yard to relax in after a day at the beach. We'll be sure to stay again!

Charming stay in Kennebunk

Our family of five very much enjoyed our stay in this charming Maine cottage. The cottage is close to Kennebunk and well appointed for those who like to be not far from the action but able to cook at home after a day at the beach.

It was very close ( 5 minutes to venue) to the wedding reception and the backyard was fenced which was really nice for our paps.

Holiday Retreat

We stayed over the Thanksgiving extended weekend… great location, adorable place. Close to restaurants, beaches, and local shops. The entire process was seamless and the host was super responsive! We will definitely be booking again in the future!!

Summer family vacation

The house was nicely decorated, with lots of light. Backyard was great for the kids and dogs. We also enjoy evenings sitting around the fire pit. Convenient to town and beaches! Loved having the beach pass that made it so easy to park.

Incredible home and location!

First the location of this home is perfect with close proximity to dock square, the beach and downtown kennenbunk for everything you need. The home was very well stocked and great furnishings throughout. Added bonus was the great backyard for those cool summer evenings and perfect for our dogs. Also, the landing store is just a short 2min walk to get a perfect breakfast sandwich and coffee. Finally, can't speak highly enough of the property management teams communication and prompt responses. Fantastic all round and will be back!
