「We have stayed at this hotel a few times, good stays. This time we stayed one night and were charged for room damage which I first heard about when I received the credit card statement. We left the room just as we found it. Manager said I signed a waiver, they had photos, no recourse. They have the wrong room or are charging the wrong card. We are in our 80's, think we are going to damage a hotel room??? When I later called to confirm our room number the front desk couldn't find our name or...

「No airport shuttle available on arrival as advertised. Pool was not heated as advertised. Indoor pool sign said not available after dark which was bad because it was dark at 7 PM. Other things were fine.」
