The room and hotel were good. It was right in downtown so it made it very convenient to walk, we even walked to UC Davis. The only thing we did not like was the breakfast, it was very limited and the egg was not good, no flavor. The french toast was cold. Not what we expected at all

Great place; clean, quiet, spacious, can walk everywhere around the hotel to get what you need. Typical college town, Tons of outstanding local places to eat. Hotel offers nice paid parking garage.

Great stay. I wish I had parked overnight on the street instead of paying 18 in the lot. Bed and room was very modern and comfy. Very nice area of town close to dining and shops. Surprised to find earplugs in room but emergency vehicles made it clear why - thanks staff! Check out the farmers market on Saturday. Really nice kids playground there if you have young ones.

Want to park? $18.50 per night, IF you can find a space. Want free wifi? Can't get it without technical assistance, which did not seem to be available. Want faster wifi (to match what I had at Quality Inn)? Costs extra. The QR code doesn't work for anything - had to get a handwritten parking permit. The light in the bathroom turned off while I was taking a shower.

I've been to the hotel before but this time things didn't go right. In Sunday / Out Monday. My assigned room wasn't ready at check-in time ... though I got upgraded. Toilet near check-in didn't flush right. Internet WiFi down all Sunday with no explanation. Parking fee system didn't work for me. Surprised it was pay for breakfast now. Otherwise ... decent bed, nice people, convenient location.

Room was clean except for window which was really dirty. The blinds were broken which was a pain being on the first floor facing the parking lot. We didn’t eat there. Front desk staffer didn’t put our room number on our key. Bit of a pain to find our room. Had already unloaded the car and didn’t want to drag our stuff to the lobby. For the money this hotel was so so.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. However the room was dirty. The bathroom floor was sticky and dirty and smelled mouldy. The sleeping area and the hallway area smelled bad. It smelled like it used to be a smoking floor, even though it was listed as non smoking. On the positive side; The lobby was clean and bright. I wish the room matched the lobby.
