"The hotel was a nice hotel but there were a few things that caught my attention, the room was pretty much clean but not perfect, there were spider webs and lint balls on the edges of the floor and in some corners, the room felt kind of small but everything else was pretty good I would say. "

Wow, because I stayed here during the summer events, there was an outdoor BBQ dining that I actually missed! However, because having spacious room to relax was all I needed, I think the value that I paid fulfilled satisfaction along with decent breakfast buffet that they offer; my favorite facility, btw, bc I love the outdoor view and well-cleaned gardening art that they offer at dining area. "Staff is everything and Steven who I've known for many years is an excellent manager - he's wonderful with guests and very knowledgeable. A shout-out to Sylvain too! The MyStays is the old Tokyu, and it's as good as ever - clean, good restaurant, reliable van, crew restaurant on the lower floor, pretty garden, convenient to NRT airport.
