"The room was awesome! We had a large room with plenty of room for 3 adults. The bathroom was beautiful and roomy with a beautiful view of the amusement park across the street. We also had a balcony that overlooked the park. Shopping was walkable with a variety of shops. Train to Chinatown was downstairs with a direct route. All in all a super hotel!!"

"Really great stay. The room was clean and surprisingly spacious for Japan, maybe the advantage of being in Yokohama rather than Tokyo. I did not try the breakfast, but as a simple and comfortable place to crash for the night it was perfect. The area felt fairly quiet the evening I was there, though I may not have explored enough to find more nightlife. Overall a very good experience and great value."

"The Zita I is a hotel mainly for Japanese tourists but I had been in the new Otani in Osaka and found it very comfortable. This Otani is connected to a high end mall, wit another hig end mall about a 10 min. Walk. There are a huge selection of restaurants and shops. A very pleasant area. "

"Excellent service, quick check in. Let us leave our bags when we arrived in the morning so we could shop. View of harbour is beautiful. Close to Cosmo World, train station, World Porters, Cup Noodle Museum. The room I had was dated and smelled like smoke, but very clean."
