"Here’s a polished version you can use: If booking through Expedia, I’ve noticed that the assigned rooms tend to be located toward the back of the building. The rooms were still comfortable, but I would have preferred a location closer to the ocean side. I also found the front desk staff less accommodating than expected. During a previous stay, I requested an early check-in, but the request was declined despite the property appearing to have only about 30% occupancy at the time. One additional area for improvement is the dining experience. It was difficult to find healthy menu options, and a broader selection of lighter, healthier choices would be appreciated."

"This was my first stay at this Dusit Thani location. Staff and facilities were quite good. Some room details were dismal. Whoever painted the bathroom should be reprimanded. There splatter marks all over the mirror that was mounted over the sink and in other areas. The boundary between the wall tiles behind the bathroom sink mirror and the existing wall was very messy and noticeable. It does seem that the painter was either very inexperienced or inebriated, or both. The left side window shade in the living room was damaged and torn. Although it performed marginally (it rolled up crooked and was noisy) it definitely needs replacement. Electrical outlets were hidden by the mattress. I didn't find them until two hours prior to check-out. I spent two days at this hotel. The hand-held shower in the bathtub did not work, but the main shower head was fine. I really hope our visitors are treated to better than this. They will notice, but will not say anything because of their cultural norms. Guam hotels can do so much better if many of the room details are rectified. Satisfied customers will come back for repeat business and recommend this place to others. We can do this. It just takes the will, resolve and effort to make it happen. My experience at the Aqua Restaurant was exceedingly satisfying. Ms. Amalia, my server, remembered my name, even though I had not seen her in over a year. Her service was on-point and her demeanor was exquisite. Come on, Dusit Thani, you can do it!"

"We are locals and wanted to enjoy a weekend at the hotel. The rooms were great. I did not like the beds as they felt like sleeping on a floor or hard wood. That aside there were some issues with the room, I figured they would address it like the next day, but instead they came to the room and fixed the issue. Thus hotel is really family friendly. We enjoyed the park immensely! Clean water, lot's of life guards and just overall very relaxing. We ate dinner at the buffet place. Good food, good atmosphere and price not to bad on the wallet. Room AC was COLD! I loved it. My kids enjoyed thier room and the free wifi. Totally recommend unless you're about the bed comfort. Small price to pay to enjoy everything else."
