Check-in was easy thanks to the great instructions and video. The location is perfect for visiting city attractions. That said, there is the city hum at night, but I still slept great. I just don't want Martha from Arizona, USA complaining that no one mentioned noise and expecting to be on a quiet countryside. However it is pretty quiet for the location, and you're in the heart of the city! Things I really enjoyed: variety of pillows to find the perfect one for you, super fast wifi that doesn't take a University degree to use, large shower, very clean but still cozy like home. The host is so sweet and helpful, I would gladly stay when I return. Thanks for making my first trip to Armenia an amazing one.

We had a very positive experience overall, and this apartment is definitely ideal for a family or group looking for a very spacious and large place in a central location. In terms of facilities, it is quite basic, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only issue we encountered was with the washing machine, which wasn’t working properly. We had to redo the washing several times to complete a load, which is particularly important for families traveling with small kids. That being said, communication was excellent, and the landlord was extremely accommodating, always available on the phone 24/7. I would definitely highly recommend this apartment to others.
