A Great Retreat

We were in town for a family wedding. Location was perfect. Felt like a private home. Had ALL of the necessary items for cooking. Loved the Hot Tub. One of our best vacation rentals.

Yellow Springs oasis

What a wonderful experience! Blue Dream was the perfect place to stay with my family. A short walk to restaurants and outdoor activities that Yellow Springs offers, and when the weather turned for the worse, it was the perfect place to warm up by the fire (or take a dip in the hot tub) and spend time with loved ones.

We loved our stay. What are you doing? We’re looking at booking it for next year. We were in town for Hamvention. Very convenient to Xenia. Great little restaurants and bars with a nice little walking distance we loved it was great. It made a wonderful stay.

Much needed long weekend!!!

We had the best time!! The place was adorable, we loved the artwork, the plants, the fireplace inside was a real bonus. It was warm and cozy. The hot tub and sauna were amazing. It was decorated like a little cozy cottage. We hope to come back again in the summer!! The towns was fun too!!!

Girls Trip

This house and Brittany were amazing. The house was decorated so cool and was within walking distance to town. My daughters all want to redecorate their homes after staying at this house. Perfect size for the four of us, very well stocked, everything you could want! Will definately stay again!

The house was lovely and perfectly located for us to be able to go to the wool gathering and putter around the town for some fun local shopping. The kitchen was great to cook in and had many more items (kitchenAid) than expected, but only having one sauce pan made it somewhat fun to try and cook a meal with multiple parts. The couches and recliners were very comfy for nights of knitting and relaxing after the festival. We didn't use the hot tub, but next time for sure! Bedrooms were spacious and the high ceilings were delightful.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. Exactly as listed, well cared for, fully stocked, felt like home. The backyard is a relaxing and tranquil, and the inside is cozy and comfortable. The owner was very easy to reach. We also loved the Yellow Springs area. Definitely planning to return!

Perfect weekend getaway with friends

Property was absolutely perfect for our short weekend getaway- can easily walk to the town but there’s more than enough to do at the house for a fun evening in (which ended up happening after some February snow derailed our hiking plans). Brittany left helpful instructions all around the house and thought of the little things in to include in her guide for us (like toys and extra bowls for pets) and was so quick to respond. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay at Yellow Springs.

House was as pictured. Bright, cheery, fun, eclectic. There was a second living room that I somehow missed in the description and pictures which was a fun surprise. We didn't use either fire place but there are instructions for usage if you do. Love the lighting in the living room -- fun vibe. Beds were comfortable, too. Great outdoor space.Owner super responsive to messages. Would totally stay again.

Blue Dream was an amazing home to visit. The kitchen is fully stocked if you like to cook some meals in. Brittany has left a binder with detailed instructions for everything you need to know. The home is quaint and decorated with many fun pictures and Knick knacks. The hot tub was easy to operate. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing and it is a short ride or walk into Yellow Springs. This was a high school friends getaway, but the home would be perfect for two couples as well. The bathrooms have great towels as well as good products if you happen to forget yours. There were even fresh flowers in the home!

Every aspect of this place...stay was first class!!!...The house is just a lot of FUN!!...comfortable....well stocked with all necessary kitchen "Stuff"....and the grounds!!...Amazing!...down to the pansies in the planter boxes!!...Quiet...peaceful...and easy access toYS!...One of the best of our MANY worldwide stays...I don't want to be too elusive as that might not allow us to "get it" again!!...oh and BTW...the HOSTESS...is of the MOSTEST!!!

Exceptional experience

It is a wonderful thing to stay in a VROB that truly feels like home. The attention to detail matters and this place delivers in all the ways that make your stay comfortable and special. We loved all the art work and plants. We aso enjoyed all of the amenities (sauna, hot tub, bar, very comfortable deck setting with grill). The kitchen is a chef’s dream! Brittany was Always attentive and responded quickly to our questions and requests. She earns best hostess award for us!!! I would absolutely recommend a stay here and will return when we are in the area again.

It’s the little things. And the big things. And all the things between. This house has it! It felt like being at home - and I’ve never felt that with a rental property.
