「Nice very pretty and updated 」

「The house was very clean, cozy, bright, and had so many lovely extra touches! The location was ideal as well. Walking distance to Clifton Gorge Nature preserve, a very short drive (5 minutes) to Yellow Springs, Glen Helen preserve (we loved the Raptor Center there, where they rehab raptor birds), and John Bryan State park. So much beautiful hiking in this area! 」

「Loved, Loved, Loved this property! Host was absolutely spectacular in all regards….from the listing accuracy and completeness to communication to readiness for the stay zero issues! Cleanliness wow, have stayed in VRBOs many times in many locations and this location one of best ever, every inch of the space clean and immaculate! Lastly great planning for the guest, “extra towels in the dresser in bedroom 2”, just one example…on and on could go but bottom line is if could have rated higher...

「For UD family weekend, we stayed at the charming Clover cottage. It’s a cozy little place with a welcoming atmosphere. The home was not only clean and well-maintained, but also featured an incredibly comfortable bed. It’s located within a reasonable walking distance to the UD campus and just a block away from ghost light coffee shop. The host was excellent promptly responding to all our messages. I would definitely recommend staying here.」
